Samsung was the first company to offer the August security update for its smartphones. It was also available for three of the most popular flagship models: Galaxy S20 S21 S22 and Galaxy S22.
Owners of these German smartphones began receiving updates today, including a security update. Users from other countries don’t usually have to wait too long. It’s important that users from other countries have to wait for the August security patch, which fixes many vulnerabilities.
In recent years, Samsung has been able to offer longer support and security patches for its flagships than Google, even though it was the worst in this area just three or four decades ago.
